JSC "Severstal" is an integrated Iron&Steel works with a wide range of products: hot and cold rolled steel, roll-formed shapes and pipes, rolled sections, a large group of coke products and by-products.
JSC "Severstal" is the largest exporter in Russia. This fact is evidenced by the rating held by DHL International in cooperation with the rating agency "Expert RA". According to the results of 2001, JSC "Severstal" has won in two out of six nominations: among the exporting enterprises with the largest number of foreign customers and among the exporting enterprises with the broadest geography of foreign trade.
Along with this, the Company's sale strategy is the increase of the home market share. The Company intends to realize these plans through implementing major projects aimed at manufacturing the products of later conversions.
